The short version: this site does not track you.

What we collect from visitors
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. We do not build a profile of you and we have no way to identify you from a visit.
What your browser stores
Nothing on the public pages. The admin area, which only our own organisers can sign into, keeps a login session in that organiser’s browser so they are not asked to sign in on every page. It is not used for tracking and it never applies to ordinary visitors.
Things hosted elsewhere
A few files come from other companies, and those companies see your IP address the way any website you visit does:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
- Supabase stores our events and videos and serves the images and video files.
- jsDelivr serves one JavaScript library.
- Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs.
Links out to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
If you email us
Every contact button here opens your own email app. When you write to us we receive your address and whatever you put in the message, in a Gmail inbox. We keep it as long as we need it to reply and to run the thing you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Photos and video from events
We film and photograph our events, and some of that ends up on this site and on our social media. If you are in something you would rather we took down, email us and we will remove it. No explanation needed.
Young people
Our events are for young people, so we take this seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through this website. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about something involving your child, email us directly.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will sort it out.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
