Using this site
This website is run by Muslim Youth Hub, a youth group in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You are welcome to read it, share it and link to it. Using it means you agree to what is on this page.
What is on here
We try to keep dates, times, venues and prices correct, but things change and mistakes happen. Nothing here is a promise that an event will run exactly as described. If a detail matters to you, email us and confirm it before you make plans around it.
Signing up for events
Registration happens on external forms, usually Google Forms, and those have their own terms. Fees are collected by e-transfer. Refunds are handled case by case, so ask us. Attending an event means following the rules we set for it, including any conduct or dress expectations posted with it. We can refuse or remove anyone from an event at our discretion.
Photography
We film and photograph our events for recaps and social media. Coming to one means you may end up in that footage. If you would rather not be, tell an organiser on the day or email us afterwards and we will take it out.
Our content
The name Muslim Youth Hub, the crest, and the photos, videos and writing on this site belong to us. You can share and link to them. Do not present them as your own, and do not use them to suggest we endorse something we do not.
Links to other sites
We link out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Forms and other places. We do not control those and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on something written on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the laws of Canada that apply in it.
